Week 01 · Shape your idea
Foundations
Goal: Decide what you are building and begin creating it.
You’ll define the problem your product will solve, identify the three most important features and create a clear plan for your first version.
You’ll also set up the tools you need and begin building what your users will see and interact with.
Week 02 · Make it work
Backend & data
Goal: Create the structure behind your product and connect its key features.
You’ll learn how your product stores and uses information, how users can securely access it and how its different parts work together.
You’ll also share your progress with the group and receive practical feedback.
Week 03 · Connect and improve
APIs & integration
Goal: Add useful functions and improve the main user journey.
You’ll explore how to connect your product to other services, such as payment, email or AI tools, where relevant.
You’ll also test the main features, solve problems and make the experience easier for people to use.
Week 04 · Launch and showcase
Launch & showcase
Goal: Publish a working version that you can safely demonstrate.
You’ll learn how to make your product available online, carry out essential checks and prepare it for feedback and future development.
The programme concludes with a cohort showcase, giving you the opportunity to demonstrate what you have built.

Growth-stage businesses and experienced operators who want to build digital MVPs with AI-assisted tools. Not primarily early-stage ideas without a defined problem or process. Non-technical applicants are welcome - the teaching uses plain language.
No. Places go to the best-fit projects, not the first to apply. ClimbUK and NoCodeLab.ai review project fit and potential. There are about 20 places (25 maximum). Excess demand goes to a waitlist for later cohorts.
Four consecutive weeks, one 90-minute live online session each week, planned for Tuesdays 12:30-14:00, starting late October. Offers follow selection. Expect homework between sessions to reach an MVP.
The programme fee is £700 for the pilot. Professional build environments and related services (hosting, databases, AI coding tools) are usually billed by their own vendors - often small monthly amounts.
Free tiers may not be enough for a professional build.
Successful applicants get a checklist of what you will need for your project. We do not promise free third-party credits.
The methodology is technology-agnostic. Facilitators recommend suitable environments for your project (for example common AI coding and backend platforms). You learn fundamentals - front end, back end, APIs - not a single vendor brand.
You should expect an MVP / prototype that demonstrates value. Connecting to sensitive systems, running real money flows, or serving regulated users should involve a professional developer. Internal tools sometimes go further - facilitators help you judge the boundary.
This pilot is not currently aimed at highly regulated builds (certain financial, healthcare, or children-related contexts). If you are unsure, describe the sector in your application and the team will advise.
ClimbUK and NoCodeLab.ai review applications together. ClimbUK runs the initiative for the community; selected participants are offered places and complete payment after selection (not at application).
Yes. Your product, code, data and URL remain yours. The programme teaches methodology - it is not a vendor licence for any third-party platforms you choose to use yourself.
On a successful demo at week four, you can receive a certificate of completion through NoCodeLab.ai as the delivery partner.
Full place terms - including withdrawal windows and refunds - will be shared with your offer after selection. Do not treat NoCodeLab.ai generic website terms alone as the cohort contract for fee and refunds.
