The Festival for Business Growth
Partners. Exhibitors. Attendees.
Banks, funds, universities, combined authorities, growth hubs and firms attended, partnered and exhibited at ClimbUK.
Not a conference. A festival for business growth.
Day one opens with a live performance on the main stage and ends with the ClimbAwards at the VIP drinks reception. Day two is roundtables, Investor Speed Networking, Busk Your Business and the after parties.
The grand opening
Day one opens on the main stage with a live performance and the headline partner announcements. Nobody is late for this one.
ClimbAwards at the VIP drinks reception
One room, the businesses of the year and the people who back them. The ClimbAwards are handed out inside the VIP drinks reception, and that is the night everyone talks about.
After parties
Day two wraps up with the after parties, where the deals of the day get agreed, and an unmissable Climb27 experience in the evening. Details to be announced soon.
Climb26: Find Your Moment
Climb26 brought thousands of ticket holders together. The photo wall, the playlist and what people said afterwards are all here. Tagged yourself? Find your moment.
It was so nice to be part of an event that really champions growing businesses in the UK and I've met some fantastic people this week who I hope to stay connected with.
If I was to sum it up in one word, it would be ENERGY! [...] If Climb26 is anything to go by, the next 12 months for the north are going to be worth watching!
Wins on stage are great. But the friendships, the collaborations and the momentum you build alongside them? That's the real prize.

ClimbAwards: be the name behind the moment
The ClimbAwards are presented inside the VIP drinks reception on day one: the businesses of the year and the people who back them, in one room.
Investor Speed Networking: advice first, pitch later
Ninety minutes. At least ten investors who already back your sector. Five to ten minutes with each, no deck, no pitch, no gatekeeper: straight answers from the people who write the cheques, matched to you by Investor Ladder. Add it to any Climb27 ticket.
- Founders: the advice before the pitch, from investors in your sector
- Investors: six founders matched to your thesis, two at a time, forms in your hand first
- Both days of Climb27; day two is the busier

ClimbHealth: the health tech stage
Co-delivered with Medilink North of England and Bionow. Masterclasses, workshops, roundtables and a health expo for founders, operators, investors and researchers in medtech, biotech, digital health and life sciences.

Still on the fence?
The standard two-day ticket covers both days, every session, the grand opening and the after parties. The one-day ticket covers one full day; you choose the day when you buy and can switch it through your account. VIP adds the VIP drinks reception and the ClimbAwards ceremony.
Please do. The feedback we get most is that there is too much to do, so bring your COO, bring your marketing director, bring your techie. Let each of them go to the sessions built for their job, then reconvene for a debrief in one of the private bookable meeting spaces. Buy four or more standard two-day tickets together and 25% comes off.
Climb27's programme is curated to what matters in the weeks before the event, and we publish each session once we are certain the room will benefit from it. Some events lock their agenda years out; by the time the doors open the world has moved. In fast-moving fields like AI, a session planned twelve months ahead teaches what every tool you use already does. We would rather hold the slot and fill it with what you need on the day. Tickets bought now cover the full programme, and the main stage moments are announced as they are confirmed.
There are start-up focused sessions and pitching time, but start-ups are not our bread and butter: ClimbUK is for businesses that are trading and growing. If you want a start-up focused festival we are happy to point you at partners who do it brilliantly, Ideas Fest and Helpbnk among them.
Pick your route at the top of this page and your own Climb27 page shows the two days from your side. If you would rather talk it through, book a call with the partnerships team.
Still deciding?
Three in four people who come leave with follow-ups that matter: a sale, a partnership, an investment or funding.
Thirty minutes with the team answers the rest. Ask anything, from the programme to who else is coming.
