Climb27 · 30 June & 1 July 2027 · The Festival for Business Growth

Your stand, in the path of the room

The expo floor sits between the stages, so the room passes your stand between sessions. Every stand comes with two-day tickets, power, panels, a social post and your logo in the programme.

What a Climb27 stand gives you

The whole room passes you.

The expo floor sits between the stages, and exhibitors get into the area before the doors open.

Leads you can scan, meetings you can log.

QR and lead scanning in the ClimbGroup Event App; meetings booked before you arrive and logged for after.

Everything in the box.

Tickets, nameboard, power, table, chairs, panels, a social post and your logo on the website and in the programme.

Three things you need

What exhibitors ask us first

  1. 01The right people stop
  2. 02The all-in cost
  3. 03What you take home

01

Will the right people stop at my stand?

A quiet corner is two wasted days.

Placement in the path of the room, a room whose mix is counted, and an app that lets people find you first.

  • The expo floor between the stages, with early exhibitor access
  • 1,417 ticket holders at Climb26. About 1 in 6 are scaling companies, 1 in 6 professional-services firms, 1 in 7 companies raising, 1 in 10 universities, 1 in 13 councils and combined authorities and 1 in 13 investors.
  • Your exhibitor profile and meeting requests in the ClimbGroup Event App
Will the right people stop at my stand?
What's it going to cost me all-in?

02

What's it going to cost me all-in?

The price on the page is never the whole price.

The price is live, the box is listed and the extras are named up front.

  • Two-day tickets, floor space, nameboard, 500W power, a poseur table, two chairs and printable panels
  • One social post, your logo on the website and in the programme
  • Panels printed at your own expense and nameboards carrying your name, not your logo: said here, not on the invoice

03

What do I take home?

A pile of business cards and no follow-up.

Scanned leads and logged meetings in your account, the social post, the programme listing and the impact report.

  • Three in four people who come leave with at least three follow-ups that matter: a sale, a partnership, an investment or funding.
  • Lead scans and meetings exported from the ClimbGroup Event App
  • The impact report after the event

Who's in the room

The expo floor is in the path of the whole room. About 1 in 6 are scaling companies, 1 in 6 professional-services firms, 1 in 7 companies raising, 1 in 10 universities, 1 in 13 councils and combined authorities and 1 in 13 investors.

Scaling companies

What they bring
the growing businesses of the North and beyond: trading, hiring, raising, selling, and buying help to do it.
What they want
advisers, suppliers, investors and buyers who can move them on this year.

Companies raising equity

What they bring
a round in preparation or open now, a product in the market and a team behind it.
What they want
investors to build a relationship with, and advice on the pitch, the numbers and the terms.

Professional services firms

What they bring
legal, finance, advisory and technology expertise, stands, workshops and roundtables.
What they want
growing companies that need what they do, and firms to bid alongside.

Investors

What they bring
cheque books, portfolio experience and a seat on the stage. They attend to meet companies, not to speak.
What they want
companies already trading, founders they can build a relationship with, and co-investors.

Councils and combined authorities

What they bring
the businesses they back, growth plans and the people who run business support.
What they want
investors and buyers for their companies, partners to deliver with, evidence to report.

University commercialisation teams

What they bring
research ready for market, spinout founders and knowledge exchange budgets.
What they want
industry partners, investors for spinouts and a place to put their work in front of business.

How it works

1

Book online, or book a call

Pick a stand in the booth shop and pay online. For Consult Space or Activity Space, book a call and we build it with you.

2

Build the stand

Panels, power and your nameboard are arranged with the team. Your tickets are named in your account so the team can plan their meetings.

3

The two days

Early access to the exhibitor area, the grand opening, lead scanning from the first session, the VIP drinks reception and the ClimbAwards on day one; roundtables and the after parties on day two.

4

After

Your leads and meetings stay in your account. Three in four people who come leave with at least three follow-ups that matter: a sale, a partnership, an investment or funding. The impact report follows.

Business with a party. Not a party for business.

The festival aspect came second. ClimbUK grew out of the Investor Ladder events that have run since 2016, where founders and investors met because they had business to do. We are one of the first business festivals in the UK, built around that: the deals, the introductions and the advice come first, and the opening performance, the ClimbAwards, the drinks receptions and the after parties exist because business gets done faster between people who have enjoyed each other's company.

Busk Your Business

Pitch your company to the floor with a microphone and a crowd. Loud, fast and the best way to be remembered.

The grand opening

Day one opens on the main stage with a live performance and the headline partner announcements. Nobody is late for this one.

After parties

Day two wraps up with the after parties, where the deals of the day get agreed, and an unmissable Climb27 experience in the evening. Details to be announced soon.

I had unbelievable potential client opportunities through our workshop delivery and the quality people who scheduled networking introductions with me.

Still on the fence?

The three stands in the booth shop book online now. Consult Space and Activity Space are built on a call.

Everything in the stand list, tickets included. Printed panels are at your own expense, the nameboard shows your company name, and power is 500W with PAT testing.

Yes. Standard tickets are in the shop, and buy four or more standard two-day tickets together and 10% comes off.

QR and lead scanning in the ClimbGroup Event App. Delegates can also request meetings with you before the event.

No. A Session partnership adds the slot and the roundtable: see the partnership packages.

The count beside each stand is live. When it reaches zero that stand is closed and the waiting list opens.

Still deciding?

Three in four people who come leave with at least three follow-ups that matter: a sale, a partnership, an investment or funding.

Thirty minutes with the team answers the rest. Ask anything, from the programme to who else is coming.
