Accepted File Formats
- Preferred: PDF or high‑quality JPEG
- Also accepted: AI, EPS, PNG, PSD, TIFF
- All PDF files must have fonts embedded
Colour & Print Requirements
- Colour mode: CMYK only
- Resolution: 300dpi minimum
- Pantone and all spot colours must be converted to CMYK
- RGB files will not be accepted
Bleed
- 3mm bleed on all edges that extend to the page edge
Half‑Page Advertisement
- Finished size: 148mm × 105mm (landscape)
- Bleed: 3mm on all sides
- Supply size: 154mm × 111mm (including bleed)
Additional Notes
- All advertisements must be supplied at final size and ready for print
- Low‑resolution files or files with missing fonts may be rejected
- The organiser reserves the right to request resupply if artwork does not meet these specifications
