Climb26 will be held on 1–2 July 2026 in Leeds, United Kingdom. The event spans two full days and will occupy the Leeds Dock area, cantered around the Royal Armouries Museum and nearby venues (the same location as Climb25). Climb26 is the fourth edition of the event and is its most ambitious yet. Uniting founders, funders, and forward-thinkers, the festival is built around practical insight, meaningful conversation, and strategic networking to help shape the next chapter of business. Expect workshops, expert talks, collaboration opportunities, and an expo full of bold, brilliant companies driving innovation and growth across the UK.

We've had founders show up at previous ClimbUK festivals in the morning, having just lost a client, and leave with six-figure investments the same day. It's a genuinely electric atmosphere, where incredible minds meet and your business can transform in a matter of hours.

Climb26 is the 2026 edition of ClimbUK’s annual festival of business growth and innovation, often dubbed “the UK’s Festival of Growth”. It gathers top business leaders, ambitious startup founders, active investors, policymakers, and industry partners from across the UK and beyond. The event’s mission is to foster real business relationships and spur innovation. 

If you are a startup or scale-up seeking investment, an entrepreneur, an investor, a corporate innovator, or a business service provider, Climb26 will offer valuable networking, insight-rich sessions, and partnership opportunities for you.

ClimbUK strongly encourages attendees to start networking before arriving in Leeds. Once you’ve registered and as the event draws closer, you’ll receive instructions to join the ClimbUK event app.

• In the app, you can fill out your profile (add your photo, title, company, bio, and select your networking interests or business needs). ClimbUK uses matchmaking systems, so you’ll be prompted to choose interest tags or categories – this will help you find “matches” with similar interests. 
• You’ll be able to see the list of other attendees, speakers, and sponsors who have joined the app. The app’s People/Networking tab will show you recommended connections (“Your Matches”) based on common interests, as well as the full attendee list which you can filter or search.
• You can start sending connection requests and meeting invitations even before the event. For example, if you see someone you’d like to meet, you can use the app to suggest a meeting and propose a time slot during the event. The recipient can accept and pick a location (Climb26 will have designated meeting areas at the venue for these 1:1 meetings). Once a meeting is confirmed, it will appear in both parties’ schedules in the app.
• You can also simply use the chat feature to introduce yourself to other attendees. For any attendee profile, you have the option to start a chat conversation. Many attendees will appreciate a polite intro message if you want to discuss something or plan to meet informally.
• If you happen to meet someone in person (say, at another event or in the lead-up to Climb26) who is attending, the app has a QR code scanning feature: you can scan each other’s QR codes from the app to instantly connect within the system. This adds them to your contacts (“Prospects”) so you can follow up later. 

Tip: The earlier you join the app, the better. Climb25 saw a high adoption of the app – over 70% of attendees were on it – and a lot of networking happens there. By the time you arrive at Climb26, you could already have a packed meeting schedule with potential partners or clients. Don’t wait until the first day of the event to start networking!

ClimbUK is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment. All attendees are expected to adhere to a Code of Conduct (which covers respectful behavior, anti-harassment policies, etc. – details will be provided before the event). There will also be on-site safeguarding and first aid teams. The ClimbUK guide pack for previous events included guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety and well-being, and Climb26 will be no exception.

Some key points:

• Badges & ID: Always wear your event badge while inside the venue. Security may check badges at entry points. If you lose your badge, go to the registration desk for help (bring ID).
• Venue Safety: Follow any instructions from event staff regarding capacity limits or emergency procedures. Leeds Dock venues have clear emergency exits and procedures. In case of emergency announcements, remain calm and follow staff guidance.
• Health Measures: If any public health guidelines are in effect by Climb26, ClimbUK will communicate them in advance. This may include additional precautions to be taken if required by local authorities, though we hope in Climb26 these won’t be necessary.
• Personal Belongings: Keep your belongings secure. There will be a cloakroom or storage area for luggage at the venue. ClimbUK isn’t responsible for lost items, so we advise not leaving valuables unattended.
• Contacting Staff: If at any point you feel unsafe or require assistance, you can approach ClimbUK staff (identifiable by staff badges/shirts) or use the info desk. There will also likely be an in-app support chat or a hotline for any urgent issues during the event.

By following the guidelines and looking out for one another, we can ensure Climb26 is safe and welcoming for all participants.

ClimbGroup events are primarily designed for adults aged eighteen (18) and over, with a focus on business networking, entrepreneurship, and professional development. While our online content and website are family-friendly and suitable for general audiences, our in-person events are not targeted at children and may include references to alcoholic beverages or other adult-oriented themes presented in a responsible and professional context.

Children may attend certain events only if they have a valid general access ticket and have received prior written approval from Climb Group. However, Climb Group does not accept any responsibility for the supervision, welfare, or conduct of children at its events. The parent or legal guardian accompanying the child shall bear full and exclusive responsibility for their safety, behaviour, and compliance with event rules. Under no circumstances may children be left unattended at any Climb Group event or venue.

Climb Group reserves the right to refuse entry to any child or accompanying adult where prior approval has not been granted, or where it considers the event unsuitable for minors. This decision shall be made at Climb Group’s sole discretion and may be enforced without notice. We strongly advise contacting our support team in advance if you intend to bring a child to any event.

Tickets to ClimbGroup events are sold on a strictly non-refundable basis. This policy helps us manage event logistics, venue commitments, and supplier arrangements. We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer limited flexibility through our ticket exchange policy.

You may request an exchange up to one calendar month before the event date. Exchanges are granted at our discretion and are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that an exchange will be possible, and administrative fees may apply depending on the nature of the request.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or changes in personal circumstances. We recommend reviewing all event details carefully before purchasing and contacting our support team if you have any questions about ticket types or eligibility.

A Standard or Early Adopter ticket to Climb26 includes:

• Access to all content: You can attend all keynote talks, panel discussions, breakout sessions, and workshops across both days. There are no extra fees for individual sessions — your badge grants you entry to everything (space permitting).
• Expo and networking: You can explore the exhibition hall where sponsors and startups have booths, and take part in open networking sessions (like themed networking breaks or the startup pitching showcase, if scheduled).
• ClimbUK Event App access: Crucially, your ticket gives you access to the ClimbUK digital platform (web and mobile app). Through the app, you can create a profile, browse the attendee list, and start networking before the event. You’ll be able to send meeting requests and chat with other attendees through the app. The app also contains the event schedule, venue maps, and real-time updates. 
• On-site amenities: While food and beverages are not explicitly included in the ticket price, the event will have coffee stations, lunch options, and refreshments available for purchase throughout the venue. Sponsors may also host some complimentary networking drinks (for example, a sponsor might offer a free beer/wine networking hour). If you are a VIP ticket holder, the evening reception on 1 July will include complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres as part of your VIP experience.

In summary, your ticket is your all-access pass to the event content and the networking ecosystem. Plan for your own travel and accommodation (ClimbUK will usually partner with nearby hotels for discounted rates, which we’ll announce on the website), and budget for meals or use the many on-site vendors. The value of the ticket primarily lies in the connections and knowledge you’ll gain at Climb26.

Yes. As Climb26 approaches, ClimbUK will publish a detailed agenda on the official website and within the event app. The schedule will outline the timing of fireside chats, panel discussions, workshops, roundtables, and networking events across the two days. Typically:

• Day 1 (July 1, 2026) – Opening in the morning, a mix of panels and breakout sessions throughout the day, and special events in the evening. In Climb25, Day 1 also featured an Investor Dinner and kickoff festivities; for Climb26, July 1st is likely to include an emphasis on investment and partnership-building activities.
• Day 2 (July 2, 2026) – Another full day of content, often including workshops, startup pitches or demo showcases, and closing sessions toward the afternoon.

You will be able to see session titles, speakers, and tracks once the agenda is live. Expect the preliminary agenda to be available a few months in advance (around Spring 2026) with updates as speakers confirm. During the event, use the ClimbUK app’s “Schedule” tab to bookmark sessions you don’t want to miss and even get reminders. The app allows you to build a personalised schedule and will show you if there are any agenda changes in real time.

Yes – Climb26 features a VIP tier for a select group of attendees. A VIP Pass provides you with additional privileges designed to enhance networking and exclusivity. VIP ticket holders will have access to:

• A private VIP Networking Reception on the evening of 1 July 2026. This is an exclusive cocktail reception for VIPs, speakers, and invited guests, offering a more intimate environment to network with prominent figures.
• Premium on-site services such as exclusive access to lounge areas (details to be confirmed in Climb26 attendee communications).

In short, VIP status is ideal if you want the most high-level networking Climb26 can offer. VIP passes are limited. Some VIP tickets are allocated to sponsors and partners by default, and a small number may be sold or upgraded for general attendees. If you’re interested in VIP access and not part of a partner organization, reach out to the ClimbUK team to inquire about availability.

To make the most of your ClimbUK Festival experience, we recommend bringing the following:

• Your ticket – either digital (on your phone) or printed. You’ll need this to check in.
• A fully charged smartphone – essential for accessing the festival app, navigating the schedule, connecting with other attendees, and capturing moments.
• Business cards or digital contact-sharing tools – great for networking and making lasting connections.
• Comfortable footwear – you’ll be on your feet exploring, attending sessions, and mingling.
• A reusable water bottle – hydration stations will be available throughout the venue.
• Notebook and pen – if you prefer jotting down insights the old-school way.
• Weather-appropriate clothing – check the forecast and dress accordingly, especially if parts of the event are outdoors.
• Any promotional materials – if you're representing a brand or company, bring flyers, samples, or merch (if permitted).
