Saeed Younis is Partnerships Director and Senior Coach at Power For Women, helping organisations create safer, more confident and psychologically safe workplaces. Working across business, education, the public sector and communities, Saeed partners with leaders to strengthen workplace culture through practical approaches to women’s safety, communication, confidence and early intervention. Drawing on a background in policing, behavioural science and performance coaching, his work goes beyond traditional self-defence. It focuses on recognising risk early, setting healthy boundaries, making effective decisions under pressure and creating environments where people feel confident to speak up. At Climb26, Saeed is delivering interactive Women’s Safety & Empowerment Sessions, demonstrating how practical personal safety and psychological safety are closely connected.
