Climb26 – Temporary Event Staff Agreement & Acknowledgements

Thank you for supporting Climb26 – The Festival of Business Growth.

This form confirms your temporary engagement and collects the legal acknowledgements required to work at the event.

Please read each section carefully and complete all required fields.

We will send you an onboarding document which will give you an overview of the event and format.  We will also provide an in person briefing on Tuesday 30th June 10am - 12pm.

You will only need to sign once at the end.


I understand that I am engaged as a temporary event worker (not an employee or self‑employed contractor).

I understand that:

  • There is no obligation on Climb26 to offer work
  • There is no obligation on me to accept work
  • This engagement is event‑specific and time‑limited to Climb26

I understand that:

  • My pay rate has been confirmed separately
  • I will be paid via payroll following the event
  • Holiday pay is included as rolled‑up holiday pay (12.07%), paid with my wages

I confirm that I have the legal right to work in the UK and have provided valid evidence.

Please upload one of the following:

  • Passport (photo page) or
  • Home Office Right‑to‑Work share‑code evidence

I acknowledge that:

  • I will receive a Climb26 staff briefing
  • I will follow all health & safety instructions
  • I will report hazards, incidents or concerns immediately
  • I will follow emergency procedures if required

I understand that Climb26 is committed to an inclusive, respectful environment.

I agree to:

  • Treat attendees, colleagues and partners with respect
  • Avoid harassment, discrimination or inappropriate behaviour
  • Comply with the Equality Act 2010

I understand that Climb26 may capture photography or video during the event for promotional purposes and I may feature in this.

You will be required to wear black trousers and black shoes for the event.  We will provide Climb26 T Shirts for the event days.
