What does my ticket include? Will there be food, and what about the event app?

Your Climb26 ticket is designed to give you full access to the event content and networking experience, with flexibility around how you use your time across the two days.

Access to event content

A Standard or Startup Special ticket gives you access to:

  • All keynote talks and main stage sessions
  • Panel discussions and breakout sessions
  • Workshops and roundtables (subject to space and ticket type)
  • The full two‑day programme on 1–2 July 2026

There are no additional fees for standard sessions. Your badge gives you access to everything included in your ticket, subject to capacity.

Please note:
Some optional, highly curated networking experiences - such as Investor Speed Networking - are offered separately and require a dedicated ticket. These sessions are extremely limited in number and are designed to keep conversations focused and high‑quality.

Expo and networking

Your ticket also includes:

  • Entry to the exhibition areas, where partners, sponsors, and startups are showcasing
  • Access to open networking spaces and themed networking moments
  • The opportunity to arrange one‑to‑one meetings and informal conversations throughout the event

The ClimbUK event app

Every ticket includes access to the ClimbUK event app (web and mobile).

Through the app, you’ll be able to:

  • Create and edit your attendee profile
  • Browse the attendee list
  • Send meeting requests and chat with other attendees
  • View the event schedule, venue maps, and session details
  • Receive real‑time updates and announcements during the festival

You’ll receive an invitation to access the app closer to the event, once registration details are finalised.

Food and refreshments

Food and drink are not included in the standard ticket price.

Across the venue, you can expect:

  • Coffee stations and refreshment points
  • A curated selection of food vendors offering lunch and snacks available to purchase
  • Occasional complimentary drinks or refreshments hosted by partners or sponsors during networking moments

If you’re attending with a VIP ticket, the VIP evening reception on 1 July includes complimentary drinks and light food as part of the VIP experience.

Travel and accommodation

Your ticket does not include travel or accommodation. ClimbUK typically partners with nearby hotels to offer discounted rates, which will be shared on the website closer to the event.
