How to see the tasks associated with my account

Use this article when you need to browse /my/tasks for assignments tied to your portal partner.

Before you start

  • Open My Tasks while signed in to your Climb account.
  • Collect any internal ticket numbers so you can match portal rows to email threads quickly.

Who can do this

Tasks inherit access from their parent project and follower list; you must be followed on the task (directly or via project rules) to see it.

Steps

  1. Open /my/tasks.
  2. Use the search or filters Odoo exposes on that page to narrow by project name, stage, or keyword.
  3. Open a task record to read its description, attachments, and chatter history.

Check the result

  • You can list the top three tasks you own this sprint directly from the portal view.

If something does not work

  • If the list is empty, ask the assigner to add your portal partner as a follower or re-share the parent project.
  • If downloads fail, retry on a stable network—large BIM/PDF attachments can exceed mobile browser limits.
