How to see what events I have submitted

Use this article when you need to see every event session proposal linked to your portal contact.

VIP tip: bookmark /my/submissions during programme crunch—this is the fastest audit trail for what you have in flight.

Before you start

 • Open Event Sessions while signed in to your Climb account.
 • Know that this list is session proposals (website submissions) stored on your contact, not a separate catalogue of events you own.

Who can do this

Any signed-in portal user whose partner_id matches the proposal owner sees their rows. If you expected a session but the table says No proposals found for your contact., the organiser still needs to attach your portal contact or you need to resubmit while logged in.

Steps

 1. Confirm the page title reads Event Sessions.
 2. Review the table headings Title, Event, and the Open column.
 3. Read each row: the title is your proposal name and the event cell is the parent event.
 4. Select Open when you need the full Session Proposal form for that row.

Check the result

 • Each expected proposal appears once with the correct event name.
 •
Open
reaches the session form without redirecting away.

If something does not work

 • If you land back on the list immediately after tapping
Open
, the proposal belongs to a different portal contact than the one you are signed in as.
 • If the list is empty, follow the on-page hint: ask an organiser to link your account or submit again while signed in.
