How to update my availability as a host

Use this article when you need to toggle the window_<id> checkboxes rendered under Availability.

Before you start

• Open My Host Profile while signed in to your Climb account.
• Your calendar for the event week to avoid accidental double booking.

Who can do this

Steps

1. Edit the profile form for the relevant /my/host/<id>.
2. In Availability, tick every window you can attend; untick only when you truly cannot make that block.
3. Click Save so organisers see the updated bitmask on your event.{kind.lower()} record.

Check the result

• Ticked windows match conversations you already had with producers.

If something does not work

• If no checkboxes render, availability windows were not configured—escalate to the event ops team.
