How to update my assistant or scheduler contact as a host

Use this article when you need to save the Assistant / Scheduler inputs on the profile form.

Before you start

• Open My Host Profile while signed in to your Climb account.
• Consent from the assistant that their email may receive scheduling traffic.

Who can do this

Steps

1. Open /my/host/<id> via Edit host profile.
2. Scroll to Assistant / Scheduler and update Name, Email, and Phone.
3. Press Save and confirm the values persist after reload.

Check the result

• Assistants receive test correspondence when organisers trigger notifications.

If something does not work

• If emails bounce, verify the assistant address on a desktop mail client before blaming the portal.
