How to see what sessions I have been added to as a host

Use this article when you need to read the embedded Programme schedule table on each profile card.

Before you start

  • Open My Host Profile while signed in to your Climb account.
  • Know which event name you expect so you can spot the right card when multiple profiles exist.

Who can do this

Any portal user who can see the profile card may read the schedule; editing sessions still happens in the backend.

Steps

  1. Stay on /my/host without entering edit mode.
  2. Each profile card includes a Programme schedule section with read-only columns (Time, Location, Title, Description, Speakers, Hosts).
  3. If the table reads No sessions are assigned..., organisers have not linked tracks to your profile yet.

Check the result

  • Each session row lists the same title you were briefed on by the content team.

If something does not work

  • If times look wrong, remember they render in the portal user's timezone—compare with the official agenda PDF.
