Does my speaker profile sync to the ClimbGroup Event App
Use this article when you need to confirm the same biography/headshot feeds consumer apps when organisers enable integrations.
Before you start
- Open My Speaker Profile while signed in to your Climb account.
- Event app build installed on your phone for smoke testing.
Who can do this
Applies to published events only; draft events stay hidden from attendee apps.
Steps
- Finish edits on
/my/{kind.lower()}/<id>and save. - Give integrations a few minutes—mobile apps poll the same
event.{kind.lower()}image and biography fields exposed on the portal form. - Open the ClimbGroup Event App (if installed) and search for your session—avatar and bio should mirror the portal preview card.
Check the result
- Portal preview and mobile card show the same headline photo.
If something does not work
- If the app still shows old art, confirm organisers published the agenda revision after your save.
